Burnaby Tennis Club's Girls Development Program

Sponsored by Tennis Canada / National Bank's 2023 Game. Set. Equity.  Community Tennis Grant 

This Grant is providing us the opportunity to build on our Girls' Try It Day held in Summer 2023. We are giving priority to the girls who attended this event.

Burnaby Tennis Club welcomes self-identified girls of all levels and playing abilities to enjoy an afternoon of organized tennis and activities with us.

As part of an initiative to make tennis accessible for all and help engage and retain girls in the sport we love, this program will be led by young female coaches and offered free of charge to participants.

Whether you’ve never picked up a racquet before, or you play and compete regularly, this will be a event for you.

Girls will be provided with an opportunity to try tennis, improve their skills, and play with girls of similar ages and playing levels.

Location: Burnaby Tennis Club (3890 Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4V8)

What to bring:  Water bottle, snack, racquet

You do not have to be a member of Burnaby Tennis Club to join this FREE activity!

            *RACQUETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE*

Tennis BC and Burnaby Tennis Club may videotape, or photograph participants enrolled in this activity.  These photographs and/or videotapes may be used in future brochures and promotional material.
