Action Items:
- Graham to
research obtaining emergency lighting for the annex.
- Louie
will arrange to meet Burnaby Engineering on-site to examine / discuss
electrical problem
Motions Carried:
- Single
members practicing serving should book 24 hour courts.
- The
Burnaby North High School Tennis Team can book 2 courts (Mondays 4 – 5)
February 8th – March 2th.
They will pay the standard court fees.
Coach’s Report – Glenn Richards

- Glenn
will contact suppliers/manufactures about creating BCT merchandise such as
hats and T-shirts.

- Each
league team will be allowed to book 2 matches for 2 hours between late
March and Mid-April
Bookings must be made by a BTC member.
Budget Planning – David Peel

planning sub-commitee will meet in February
Renewal of Insurance For
Directors – Louie Bortolazzo

- Nelson
will call Joel Levene for a quote,
Louie Bortolazzo will get a second quote from someone else.
March 3 AGM Agenda and Issues
AGM meeting will be Wed, March 3rd. Registration 6:45PM Start Time 7:00PM

director will prepare a small report outlining activities/achievements for

Susan will check the office computer for its capabilities to record
accounting codes
Access Cards For Club House Door
– Geoff Lakeman
Card reader is installed now and cards are
programmed and available for member pick up.
Once the majority of cards are picked up the door will be re-keyed.
Recent Electrical Problems – Graham Youde
- As per
action item under the Office Manager’s Report, Louie will arrange to meet
Burnaby Engineering on-site to examine / discuss electrical problem

The board thanked Susan, Graham and Lori
for their hard work and a successful social.
The next social is February 19th. The theme will be Chinese New Year.
